At Web Kreater, we strive to deliver the best digital solutions and services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation or refund requests are necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service before the project work has officially commenced. In such cases, a full refund may be issued.
Once the project has started and resources have been allocated, cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be provided depending on the work already completed.
Ongoing services such as hosting, maintenance, or digital marketing subscriptions must be canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following term.
Web Kreater reserves the right to cancel services if the client fails to comply with our Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or delays the project beyond a reasonable timeframe due to lack of communication.
Refund Policy
Custom Projects (Web Development, App Development, Design): Refunds are not applicable once the project has entered the design or development phase. Partial refunds may be considered only if minimal work has been completed.
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Ads, Social Media): As these services involve time, expertise, and third-party costs, refunds are not provided once campaigns have been launched.
Hosting & Email Services: Fees for hosting, domain registration, or business email services are non-refundable as these are purchased from third-party providers.
Advance Payments: All advance payments or deposits made at the time of project initiation are non-refundable.
Refund requests, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Delays caused by client-side approvals, content submission, or feedback.
Change of mind after the project has been initiated.
Unsatisfactory results due to unclear or incomplete requirements shared by the client.
